Carlos Negrete’s journey in construction began at just 15 years old, when he picked up a paintbrush and started learning the craft. After graduating from a 5-year painting program through the Union in Southern California, Carlos earned the title of Certified Master Journeyman Painter. By the age of 21, he moved to Idaho, and at 22 he launched his first company, New Image Painting LLC.

Carlos devoted his life to his family and his work, putting in long days and nights to build a name for himself. But painting was only the beginning. Over time, he realized he had more to offer. What started with paint grew into framing, roofing, drywall, concrete, and full-scale general contracting. That vision inspired him to transform his company into Dynamic Contractors LLC because he was no longer just a painter, he was a builder of homes, businesses, and opportunities.

Alongside contracting, Carlos also began investing in real estate buying, remodeling, and flipping houses growing his portfolio and expanding his impact in the community. Today, he is proud of the legacy he has built: a company rooted in integrity, hard work, and craftsmanship, and a life devoted to building not just structures, but a future for his family and clients.
